We are seeking a General Manager to build upon the legacy Agora has created and lead our team into its next phase of growth and excellence.

About the Role:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and success of the restaurant and its team. This role encompasses operations, team development, and the implementation of systems and procedures that support a positive, high-performing work environment. This position goes beyond shift management and requires a hands-on leader who can drive standards, builds a strong team culture, and deliver consistent high-quality guest experiences. The General Manager is accountable for staffing, training, and developing team members, and executing daily operations with a high level of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail. This individual leads by example, maintaining a calm, focused, and positive presence in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all staff members are provided with adequate training and supervision.
- Develop schedules and work schedules to ensure that all staff members have enough time off to be productive.
- Establish policies and procedures that maintain quality standards and safety conditions.
- Oversee daily operations for the front of house.
- Oversee all hiring for the front of house
- Work as a team with the owner and the other managers as a cohesive team.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager to address issues at the restaurant level.
Required Skills:
·5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in restaurant management
·Proven experience leading a team of managers
·Excellent knowledge of business management processes and procedures
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff by example
·Basic computer knowledge, skills, and applications
