Apigee Sr. Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Apigee Senior Developer to build, enhance, and support API solutions using the Apigee platform, ensuring secure and high-performance integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Apigee.
- Build and maintain API proxies, policies, and shared flows.
- Implement API security using OAuth, JWT, API keys, and SSL/TLS.
- Integrate APIs with backend systems and third-party services.
- Monitor API performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Support CI/CD deployments and environment promotions.
- Create and maintain API documentation.
- Work closely with leads and architects on solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years overall experience with strong Apigee development background.
- Hands-on experience with Apigee policies and proxy development.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and API security standards.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
- Apigee certification is a plus.
