Product Development Coordinator

Weezie is looking for a highly organized, detail-loving Product Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about luxury products and eager to learn how great ideas come to life. Your mission will be to support the accurate, on-time delivery of seasonal product launches by managing samples, data, and development workflows with precision. You’ll report to the Product Development Associate and support the Product team across a variety of executional and administrative tasks including sample management, vendor communication support, and information management. You’ll also gain exposure to cross-functional teams including Merchandising and Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain an organized and accurate library of lab dips, trims, fabric swatches, and product samples for streamlined internal reference.
• Prepare materials for sample review meetings, document all feedback, and ensure revisions and follow-ups are completed within the deadline.
• Create seasonal factory sheets that clearly outline product specifications, ensuring alignment with design intent; experience with AI/CAD tools is a plus.
• Enter and manage critical product development data in spreadsheets, including cost breakdowns, lead times, MOQs, PO deadlines, and approvals.
• Participate in product testing and maintain a well-organized library of templates to support customization development.
• Catalog and track product samples to ensure accuracy of SKU attributes, including detailed measurements and visual references.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree with either a background or 0–2 years of experience in textiles, fashion, design, or merchandising.
• Illustrator or CAD experience is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a love for precision and process.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and eager to learn new tools.
• A clear communicator and team player who asks thoughtful questions and takes initiative.
• Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to grow your career in product development by developing a deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Bring a “no task is too small” attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
