We’re looking for a smart, detail-driven, and purpose-minded paralegal who wants to do meaningful work in a modern environment where every voice matters.

SAGE Business Counsel is on the lookout for a Superstar Paralegal who’s equal parts detail-junkie and deadline-keeper and also fun to be around. This is a full-time hybrid remote position. If you enjoy working with a team that values strategy and service, we’d love to meet you.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned paralegal with at least 2-4 years of experience, preferably in business law
• Proficient in document drafting and working in a team-based structure
• Organized to a fault and love systems (bonus points if you’ve helped build a few)
• Communicates clearly with clients, lawyers, and support teams alike

$25 - $28 hourly

• Draft legal documents, including for example, business contracts and litigation filings using SAGE templates
• Manage deadlines and case progress under direction of the Case Manager
• Conduct client interviews, organize data, and support discovery efforts
• Contribute to internal process improvements
• Help keep attorneys focused by keeping files organized and clients informed

• Must be located in Georgia and able to come into the office at least 3 days a week
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or 4-year degree
• Proven experience in a civil or commercial law firm
• Must have some experience in both transactions and litigation
• High technical ability on Mac computers, Google Workspace, and ClickUp or other project management software
• Comfortable in a high-performing team dynamic while working independently
