Recovery Consultants of Atlanta is a private non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1999 by a group of concerned, committed, and spiritually centered members of the Metro-Atlanta's 12-Step and faith-based addiction recovery communities. Over the years, the organization has grown and expanded its services for both clients and patients by offering an array of comprehensive Primary Care Services through its Community Health Center which enhances and supplements all services being provided at RCA. Our mission is to inspire hope, and contribute to health and well-being, by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and application of best practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive therapeutic counseling to clients in need. Your responsibilities will include conducting individualized client intakes and assessments, crafting tailored service plans, and employing a variety of treatment models such as Assertive Community Treatment, Recovery Models of Treatment, and Trauma-Informed Care. You will meticulously compile and document client data within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all assessments and evaluations are accurately represented in treatment plans. Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate with primary care providers and natural supports to address both physical and mental health concerns effectively. Through participation in clinical meetings, you will engage in case supervision, discussing treatment strategies and monitoring progress.

Additionally, you will facilitate referrals for essential services outside the clinic and contribute to our Quality Improvement Committee, upholding our professional standards and compliance with regulations.

To excel as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, candidates must possess a Master's degree in behavioral health and hold a valid psychotherapy license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Georgia. Experience in addressing substance abuse and mental health disorders is essential, along with a strong understanding of various counseling techniques and intervention strategies that aid in the rehabilitation of individuals with behavioral health challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, is required for effective documentation and reporting. Successful candidates will have experience facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, showcasing their commitment to client advocacy and community outreach.
