As an Insurance Staff Position - Retention Specialist, your main role is to retain customers considering cancellation. You'll handle inquiries, review current policies, make birthday calls, assist with claims, and reach out to former customers to win them back. Your focus is on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Handle cancellation inquiries, understanding reasons, and providing solutions.
- Review policies, highlight benefits, and offer comparisons.
- Conduct birthday calls to foster positive relationships.
- Assist with claims processes to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proactively contact former customers to encourage reinstatement.
- Support new customer onboarding for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate on retention strategies and track metrics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willing to obtain Property & Casualty Producer License
- Willing to obtain Life & Health Producer License
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
