As a Residential Lead Installer, youll take charge of the installation of glazing projects, supervise installers, and ensure each job is delivered on time, and at the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete installs without rework
- Finish jobs on schedule
- Document jobs thoroughly
- Mentor your installers
- Communicate clearly with customers & team
- Pre-planning & loading ahead of installs
- Leading job site efficiency & organization
- Quality control & safety checks
- Immediate reporting of jobsite issues
- Hands-on training for your crew
- Proven experience in glass and mirror installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and self-motivated
- Committed to safety, courtesy, quality, and efficiency
- Hourly Pay : $20 - $24/hour + overtime
- Quarterly Bonuses : Up to $1,000
- PTO : Starts at 40 hrs/year and grows with you
- Paid Holidays : 5 per year
- Schedule : MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
