Part-Time Bookkeeper
Position Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Position Summary
The Part-Time Bookkeeper is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, reconciling accounts, and supporting the company’s accounting and reporting functions. This role works closely with management to maintain timely and accurate financial data, ensure compliance with internal controls, and provide financial insights as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks Online & MRPEasy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on overdue invoices
- Prepare financial reports and maintain organized records
- Support payroll reporting, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and accountants as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online & Excel, (MRP system experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
