Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team, and must be able to work a full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position is crucial to our restaurant's success, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently. It is very important that candidates are able to work a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work a full-time schedule.
• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and reservations.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized.
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Handle guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
