As a Cashier/Customer Service Associate , you’ll be the face of our store—greeting customers, processing transactions, and offering product recommendations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in delivering premium customer service.

Cashiers are responsible for receiving payments, issuing receipts, and accurately tracking all cash and credit transactions. Applicants must have strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Candidates should also be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions with accuracy, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves when necessary
• Adhere to all liquor store policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 50lbs, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of liquor products and brands is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
