Kitting QC Inspector Compensation
- Pay rate: $16.00per hour
- Work schedule: Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm
Kitting QC Inspector Responsibilities:
- Verify that all products meet current specifications and procedures prior to the initiation of inspection.
- Review and audit all incoming and kitting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to product release.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on a variety of products according to procedures and specifications.
- Ensure all components are present and accounted for before the kitting process.
- Initiate, follow-up, and implement disposition of non-conforming products prior to release.
- Report all deviations from specifications/procedures to Quality Management/Supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and properly calibrated before use.
Kitting QC Inspector QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Work schedule: Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm
- On-site position with exposure to fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High School Education or equivalent.
- One to two years related Quality Control experience preferred.
