How You’ll Make a Difference

• Troubleshoot and repair lift trucks and related equipment across gas, diesel, LP, and electric platforms.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and rigorous safety checks to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Record diagnostics, repairs, parts, and recommendations in our work order management software while communicating updates to customers.
• Manage your field service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory with care and precision.
• Show up as a trusted pro—courteous, reliable, and safety-focused.

Do You Have

• 2+ years in material handling or adjacent trades like automotive, diesel, military maintenance, or heavy equipment?
• Strengths in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting?
• The ability to work independently at customer sites?
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record?
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS a plus?
• A safety-first approach that protects people and equipment?

Platforms, Brands, and Tools You’ll Encounter

• Forklifts: Hyster, Jungheinrich, Raymond, Crown, Yale.
• Material Handling Systems: Swisslog, Hytrol, Eisenmann, Alba, Riantics.
• Engines and Power: Detroit Diesel, Cummins.
• Diagnostics: Fluke, Klein Tools, Amprobe, Extech, Southwire multimeters.
• Vehicle Experience: Acura, Ford, Jeep, Toyota, Honda, Kia (gas and diesel).
• Lifting Equipment: cranes, boom cranes, and overhead cranes.
