Instructional Designer
Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta | Hybrid | Full-Time | Exempt

Sparus Holdings is seeking a creative and forward-thinking Instructional Designer to help build the foundation of Sparus University —our internal learning hub that drives performance, engagement, and professional development. What You’ll Do
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to build training programs that drive performance.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning programs, and job aids.
Design visually engaging, interactive content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Synthesia.
Leverage data and analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning solutions.
Support Workday LMS content development and administration.
Ensure learning content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with compliance and business goals.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing corporate training materials.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc. ) is required.
Experience with Workday LMS is strongly preferred.
Skilled in eLearning development tools: Articulate, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Candidates must be prepared to present a professional portfolio during the interview process.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive base salary ($75,000– $90,000)
Performance bonus eligibility

Flexible hybrid work options Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta
Opportunity to travel occasionally across Sparus office locations
