ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve their targets and professional growth.
Lead by example: Actively participate in the sales process alongside your team demonstrating the sales strategies, work ethic, and performance standards you coach. Your role is to both manage and sell, showing the team that you can walk the walk and talk the talk.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and enhance existing client relationships.
Performance Monitoring: Set performance benchmarks and monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Client Engagement: Ensure high-standard client service and satisfaction through active engagement and personalized service.
Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members on insurance products and sales techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active Georgia Property and Casualty License.
Exclusive Allstate Insurance Experience: Minimum of 3 years in property & casualty insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a remote team effectively.
Tech Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication platforms.
Adaptability: Capability to manage and motivate a team in a fully remote environment while achieving sales targets.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
