The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you will help lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. As a Manager, you will oversee the delivery lifecycle, maintaining exceptional project management and client engagement while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities. - Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions

- Manage the entire delivery lifecycle from orchestration to deployment

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML development

What Sets You Apart

- Proven experience in managing AI/ML development

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for model development

- Familiarity with cloud services for SAP integrations

- Knowledge of plugin-based architectures and custom AI builds

- Experience managing pipelines for structured and unstructured data

- Assisting teams in developing technical coaching and skills

- Participating in client interactions regarding AI feasibility

- Aligning GenAI solutions with ethical guardrails

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
