Visionary Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fractional Construction Project Manager to support active and incoming federal construction and facilities contracts on an as-needed, contract basis. You will work alongside our internal operations team and directly support project execution across multiple agencies and geographies. This role will be 1099. Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain submittal registers, RFI logs, re-work/deficiency logs, and daily QC reports in formats acceptable to the Government.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED, CQM-C) are a strong plus. OSHA 30 required.
- Proficiency in project management software; experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent is a plus.
