About The Role
Relay Payments is seeking an experienced Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the drive to deliver outsized value to our customer community of drivers, carriers, brokers, shippers, and merchants. As a member of our product team, you will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration. This will require partnership and collaboration across various internal teams, a deep understanding of our customers, and the ability to deliver financial products and streamline complex business flows via a customer-centric user experience. How you will make an impact:
- Drive execution of the product roadmap and set feature priorities through data-driven and customer-centric considerations that support our strategic business goals
- Consistently develop and document detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
- Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence shared cross-team direction, manage risks or trade-off, and drive alignment
- Motivate teammates to sprint towards goals in ways that cultivate excitement, collaboration, and ownership
About You
- You have 2-4 years of product management/ownership experience
- You have owned the product process from problem discovery to rollout
- You are adept at Agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management
- You are the champion of the customer, while remaining laser focused on delivering business impact
- You have an end-to-end mindset: you use structured, diligent thinking to understand all key components necessary to drive a product's ongoing success
- You can balance future opportunities with immediate needs
- You are an adaptive problem solver, willing to Own the Work and fill in gaps across roles and responsibilities as needed to make your product successful
- You possess a clear and engaging communication style and are able to build positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
- Comfortable using large datasets in SQL and leveraging insights to make decisions, a plus
