Secured Lending Underwriter
- Participate in the partnership with the Underwriting team on all aspects of new business transaction process
- Perform financial analysis, calculate financial covenants, and prepare financing memorandum within Secured Lending Underwriting
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures where answers can quickly be obtained related to low to medium risk and deliverables
- Receive direction from Secured Lending Underwriting supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2+ years of Secured Lending Underwriting experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Inventory Finance experience
- Commercial Banking Underwriting experience
- 2+ years of secured lending experience
- B.A. degree or equivalent, in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics
- Experience in Finance or Asset-Based lending
- Accounting and finance knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. - May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
- Atlanta - Georgia Pay Range: $87,000-$140,000 USD annually (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
- Chicago - Illinois Pay Range: $96,000-$154,000 annually (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
- Hoffman Estates - Illinois Pay Range: $96,000-$154,000 annually (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
- Charlotte - North Carolina Pay Range: $87,000-$140,000 USD annually (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
- Irving - Texas Pay Range: $87,000-$140,000 USD annually (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
