Primacare Physical Therapy is hiring immediately for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Johns Creek and Lawrenceville location.

Physical Therapist* Requirements & Qualifications*:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Georgia State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience preferred
