Position Summary

As the Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting and inspiring our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver top-notch hospitality.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
