We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Legal Assistant to provide a range of administrative and clerical support to our legal team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while offering exceptional service to clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will extend beyond typical front-desk duties to include accounting-related tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of the entire office.

You will be expected to handle emergencies calmly and effectively, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Success in this role means delivering exceptional administrative support, ensuring that all office functions run efficiently and that tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email as directed.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with other administrative projects as needed.
- Coordinate office correspondence, filing, and phone calls, redirecting or handling them appropriately.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as disbursement-related tasks and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with clerical duties, ensuring efficient flow of information and documentation within the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Legal Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, with the ability to manage basic accounting tasks.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Professional attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented, with a pleasant and proactive demeanor.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred .
