Store Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven Store Manager. The ideal candidate will be bright, results oriented, possess exceptional customer service and sales skills and have the ability to put a smile on the face of everyone he / she meets.
The Store Manager will:
- Exceed consumer expectations with both exceptional customer service and product offerings.
- Produce outstanding business results, i.e. customer service, sales, labor, other store operating expenses.
- Exercise high levels of professional care in cash handling responsibilities,
- Ensure that the store is properly staffed and all team members properly trained in service and sales techniques.
- Ensure that products are prepared and displayed in a manner that projects a positive and inviting brand image.
- Complete weekly sales summaries, payroll reports, inventories, and associated paperwork.
- Hire, train, lead, and develop a store team.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering the highest quality products and exceptional customer service, who have 3 or more years of retail management experience, and who are looking for a job where they can “sell smiles” every day.
