我们目前正在招聘一位 仓库主管（Warehouse Supervisor），协助仓库经理管理日常运营，并负责我们三个业务单位的供应链战略执行。如果你在寻找一份有意义、有自主空间、能够真正参与企业未来建设的职位，我们期待与你相遇！
岗位职责
• 管理日常收货、上架、拣货及发货等仓储操作
• 监控库存水平，并与仓储管理系统进行数据核对
• 维护仓库的清洁、安全和有序，符合健康与安全标准
• 优化仓储布局与存储系统，提升空间利用与操作效率
• 与公司内部团队、供应商及运输合作方沟通，确保及时交付与发货
• 执行并监督仓库流程、安全规范与最佳操作标准
• 协助员工的招聘、培训与激励
• 支持持续改进计划，提高作业速度、准确率与稳定性
• 跟踪关键运营指标，定期生成相关报表（如进出货记录、库存差异、呆滞品报告等）
• 成为企业文化的榜样—— 在各方面展现专业精神、责任意识与团队协作
任职要求
• 拥有仓储或物流相关经验
• 具备良好的组织能力与时间管理能力
• 熟悉仓储管理系统或库存管理软件
• 能够胜任多任务处理，并适应快节奏的工作环境
• 拥有良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力
• 以身作则，具备“亲自上阵”的领导风格
优先条件（加分项）
• 能说 西班牙语或中文 者优先
• 有流程优化或精益仓储的经验
• 熟悉货运、收货及相关安全法规
