Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Spray Technician to join our lawn care team. This role is responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns. The Spray Technician works independently in the field each day, ensuring that all treatments are performed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care products including fertilizers, weed control, and pest control solutions in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure safe and efficient application.
• Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify weeds, pests, and turf health issues, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous lawn care or spray technician experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
