Production Lead
Job Title: Production Lead (Manufacturing)
Pay 23 - 25 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Production Lead to manage a specific line of conveyor systems in one of the leading manufacturing companies. This role involves working closely with the Plant Manager to ensure that production goals are met, customer orders are delivered on time, attendance policies are adhered to, safety standards are maintained, and product quality is consistently high.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations by managing production lines or teams to ensure output meets quality and quantity targets.
- Supervise, train, and schedule production workers while conducting performance reviews and resolving conflicts.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure materials are available and used efficiently.
- Address equipment malfunctions or workflow bottlenecks swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Track production metrics such as output, efficiency, and defects, and report findings to upper management.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production supervision and line management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production tracking.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Scheduling and production coordination experience.
- Computer proficiency and a keen eye for detail.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
