Campus Services at Georgia State University is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant (Temp) .

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position supports administrative functions for Campus Services areas including Parking & Transportation, Convocation Center, Mail Services, PawPrints and other Campus Services functions such as: journal entry, accounts payables data entry, contracts support/routing, employee travel, and other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Spectrum and/or PantherMart will be a plus.

• Attention to details, organizational skills, time management skills.

• Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
