Job Description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation services orders and all supporting business operations. This role involves managing customer order execution, maintaining communication through email and telephone with staff and independent contractors, and ensuring accurate data tracking in the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of customer orders by coordinating and scheduling pickup and delivery of vehicles according to customer instructions.
- Ensure orders are efficiently executed by linking multiple orders and overseeing additional services such as vehicle detailing and storage.
- Communicate effectively via email, telephone, and CRM with staff, independent contractors, and pickup and delivery contacts, escalating issues when necessary.
- Update CRM activities and notes promptly, maintaining accurate data after each communication and uploading necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Calculate and offer flat fees on orders when directed by management.
- Manage the storage facility by tracking vehicle movements and conducting inventory checks.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and manage vehicle movements in and out of the lot.
- Ensure all vehicles are accounted for, operational, and report any issues.

- Monitor and manage team dashboard to ensure order progression.
- Effective time management and follow-through skills.
- Confident, assertive, and decisive decision-making.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment with multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, inventory experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage several concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
- Typing speed of at least 37 WPM.
Work Environment
This position is on-site, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in East Point, GA. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves being part of a cooperative team. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
