- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products and able to assist customers in navigating the menu and placing orders
- Deliver legendary customer service by determining the customer’s needs & suggesting products to enhance service & meet or exceed sales goals.
- Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and offering assistance as needed
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, answering telephones, restocking counter station and condiments, packing and checking to-go and delivery orders, cleanup and documentation
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
- Ability to get a pouring license for beer, wine and liquor sales - must be 18
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Sweeping the floors, patio, wiping tables and other related cleaning tasks (ie. bathrooms)
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner moral and performance and then communicating with the store manager

- Must be at least 18 years old
