We’re hiring 10 Adjuster Trainees to join our claims team! Whether you’re a recent college graduate or a motivated professional looking for a meaningful career change, this is your opportunity to step into a stable, growth-focused career.
This position is fully remote for candidates living within the Southeast region .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our structured, hands-on training program.
• Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage.
• Communicate with customers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity as you guide them through the claims process.
• Collaborate closely with internal claims teams, external vendors, and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Motivated, coachable individuals eager to grow— no prior insurance experience required but preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
