Production Operator/Forklift

Job Title: Production Operator/Forklift Location: Conyers, Georgia Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $20 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Start next Wednesday. Initial training on overnight shift (10 PM-7 AM) for a few weeks, then transition to 5 AM-2 PM split shift. Responsibilities: + Support daily production operations, including batch making and material handling + Operate electric stand-up equipment (forklift experience a plus) + Perform basic QC checks to ensure product quality + Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures + Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed + Complete all required pre-employment onboarding and safety training Qualifications: + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Previous batch making, production, or manufacturing experience preferred + QC or inspection experience is a plus + Forklift or stand-up lift experience is helpful + Comfortable working overnight and early-morning shifts + Reliable, safety-focused, and able to learn quickly System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
