Our Talent Acquisition team is a group of high-impact "business accelerators" dedicated to hiring the innovative minds that power prosperity around the world. We are looking for a Staff Recruiter to join our People and Places (P&P) team. In this role, you won’t just fill seats; you will act as a strategic talent advisor for the various teams within the P&P organization such as HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and People Experience, using data and AI to solve complex hiring challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is a "People Champion" who is deeply curious about market trends, loves experimenting with new technologies, and uses data-backed narratives to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to P&P leadership, deeply understanding their 1- and 3-year business plans to translate organizational goals into outcome-driven recruitment strategies- Leverage technology and AI tools to automate routine tasks, summarize interviews, and proactively identify top-tier passive talent.
- Use internal and external market intelligence to build compelling narratives for hiring managers, helping them diagnose talent gaps and make informed, high-impact hiring decisions
- Act as a "steward" for top talent, looking for opportunities to develop long-term relationships and guide candidates to the right opportunities at the right time.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth dynamic setting, with a strong preference for experience hiring for G&A or People/HR functions within the tech industry
- AI Fluency & Growth Mindset: A passion for technology and a proven ability to integrate AI into your daily workflow to enhance strategic hiring outcomes
- Data Insight: Proficiency in using data and talent market intelligence to forecast hiring needs and influence best practices
- Dynamic Agility: Proven success navigating fast-paced environments where you must pivot quickly while maintaining a high bar for craft and candidate experience
- Influential Communication: Exceptional ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders, even when faced with ambiguity or high-pressure situations
