Schedule: Wednesday 1:00pm-6:00pm and Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm

Location/Setting: Evans 30809 (has a dog)
Age Range: Teenager
Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube, Seizures

Patient 3
Schedule: Friday 9:00pm-7:00am, Saturday-Monday 7:00pm-7:00am
Location/Setting: Evans 30809 (has a dog)
Age Range: Teenager
Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
