Peach State Roofing is growing and is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Service Department. The position is in person located out of our Lawrenceville, GA headquarters but working with all locations nationwide. Applicant should be able to work well with others, be willing to take initiative without being told and want to be part of a growing and expanding the department/team.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Receiving leak requests via phone and email
• Keeping clients up to date in accounting software
• Creating work orders
• Communicating with clients and company sales reps
• Dispatching leaks
• Collections on all repair/service invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Great customer service skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Must have familiarity and high comfort level with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook
• Some Accounts Receivable experience or prior use of Sage or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
