$100K - $120K base + uncapped commission + equity

Role Summary:
We're seeking a Director of acquisitions and growth to lead our acquisition efforts across multiple markets. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities as we build the nation's leading laundromat enterprise. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sourcing and closing deals, with excellent relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach to market analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and evaluate laundromat acquisition opportunities across multiple markets

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, business owners, and industry contacts

• Develop and execute market entry strategies for new geographic regions

• Conduct initial due diligence on potential acquisitions

• Manage pipeline of potential deals and maintain detailed tracking systems

• Collaborate with operations and executive team to evaluate acquisition targets

• Present investment opportunities to executive team and investment committee

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, M&A, or similar deal-sourcing role

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing transactions

• Experience with small to mid-market business acquisitions

• Excellence in relationship building and networking

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
