Job Title: Business Solution Lead - Demand & S&OP (SAP IBP)
Location: Hybrid (Preferably local to Atlanta, GA)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12-month contract

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and supply chain space, is seeking a Business Solution Lead focused on Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for an immediate engagement. This role will drive the implementation and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools across demand planning and S&OP functions.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep experience in SAP IBP deployments , a strong foundation in time series optimization , and the ability to analyze optimizer results to drive measurable business value. Strong communication and data analytics skills are essential, especially in a manufacturing-focused environment.

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, and S&OP).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.

• Train end users, including those with limited planning tool experience.

• Support change management and ensure alignment across business units.

• Travel to the Atlanta, GA office every other week (Tuesday-Thursday) for on-site collaboration.

• At least one full end-to-end deployment of SAP IBP .

• Proven expertise in demand planning and S&OP processes , including design, testing, and deployment.

• Strong understanding of time series optimization methodologies within SAP IBP.

• Experience conducting optimizer results analysis to drive planning and forecasting improvements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience delivering end-user training and onboarding .

• Willingness to travel to Atlanta biweekly.

• Based near Atlanta, GA or able to easily travel to the area.
