Marbled & Fin is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Prep Cook to join our culinary team!

About Us:
Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.

Who We're Looking For:

You are passionate, professional, and committed to teamwork—someone who thrives in a high-performing kitchen and brings energy to every service. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-driven kitchen committed to quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
• Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
• Reliable, focused, and eager to learn
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
