Job Title: Project Manager
Location-Type: Hybrid (Kennesaw, GA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL – 2-3 days onsite, flexible)
Start Date Is: Target 2/23
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Compensation Range: $27/hr – $38/hr

Bill Rate & Pay Breakdown:

• Bill Rate: $65–70/hr

• Candidate Pay Rate Range: $27.09/hr – $31.33/hr

Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead pricing, go-to-market, and software development initiatives within a large, matrixed enterprise environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects focused on pricing and go-to-market initiatives

• Oversee software development workstreams in partnership with Scrum Masters

• Drive project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

• Collaborate cross-functionally across business and technical teams

• Facilitate Agile and Waterfall ceremonies as needed

• Track progress and reporting using Smartsheet or similar PM tools

• Ensure alignment with business objectives and process workflows

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of total and recent Project Management experience

  • Experience recently in large, fast-paced enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of software development projects

  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience managing pricing initiatives and go-to-market projects

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong stakeholder management skills; proactive and persistent communicator

  • Knowledge of process workflows

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in highly matrixed organizations

  • Background supporting business transformation or growth initiatives

  • PMP or similar certification
