  • Manage advisor-facing CE programs; ensure compliance, accurate tracking, and timely submissions; modernize content and improve user experience.

  • Provide strategic guidance on instructional design and learning technology; act as SME for digital curriculum and scalable learning solutions.

  • Partner with Compliance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and HR to align learning programs with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Elevate content accuracy and usability through curriculum audits, governance improvements, and best practices in learning path management.

Requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in instructional design, education, learning technology, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development within complex or regulated environments, with proven success leading enterprise initiatives and multi-year learning strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of FINRA regulatory requirements and experience designing compliant learning materials, conducting needs analyses, and maintaining governance standards.

  • Proficiency in LMS administration, content governance, learning path design, reporting systems, and automation to improve efficiency and impact.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Compass LMS, Allego, MS Workstation, Zephyr, FI360, Power BI, OneNote, and IVY.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; adept at partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital programs.
