Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for talented full-time Prep Cook to join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be supporting Nest on Four!

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of professional culinary experience, along with strong time‑management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for growing their career. A background in culinary education and prior experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is required, with high‑volume environments considered a plus.

This role offers an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop their craft, and build a solid foundation within the culinary industry.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekends and holidays. Saturday and Sunday availability is essential. Standard shift schedules include 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
