Are you ready to build your career by joining an international automotive company? If so, our client is hiring a Corporate Recruiter.
- Contract
- Hybrid – Preferably 2 days on site (Tuesday Wednesday)
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in Human Resources Management or similar or equivalent work experience.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
- Must have the capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism at all times.
- Working Knowledge of Taleo and Peoplesoft preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR to ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with internal standards.
- Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
- Source and screen candidates based on defined criteria.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support pre-employment steps including background checks and documentation.
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide timely updates to the TA leadership and assist with reporting as needed.
