AI/ML Product Manager - Remote

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI/ML to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position , no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.

As a Senior Product Manager you will actively participate, design, and optimize the product throughout all stages of the development cycle from initial concept to product release, ensuring functionality, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with Technical Leaders, department heads, sales, technical support and other stakeholders to extract and translate high-level business and customer requirements into technical working documents and deliverables. Required:

• Product Management Experience: Proven track record in product management, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML 
• Internal Tools/Product Development: Experience building and shipping  internal-facing tools or platforms.
• Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with  building or scaling data infrastructur e, including concepts like metadata, taxonomy, database access control, data freshness, and governance.
• Requirements Gathering: Strong ability to translate business user input into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and data science teams.
• Backlog & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing product backlogs and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
• Roadmap Development: Experience in creating and driving actionable, outcome-oriented product roadmaps.
• Prioritization & Impact Evaluation: Ability to prioritize features based on business value and impact, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Product Discovery Leadership: Skilled in leading product discovery efforts and clearly articulating problem statements.

Nice-to-Haves

• LLM Familiarity: Understanding of how large language models interact with structured and unstructured data.
• RAG & Vector Technologies: Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector stores.
• Domain Background: Experience in information retrieval, content management systems, or data warehousing.
