Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Bilingual Forklift Operator who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will bring not only forklift operation experience but also the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages. This role is critical to supporting smooth warehouse operations and ensuring long-term growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and safety instructions in both languages.
• Maintain equipment in safe working conditions and follow all company safety protocols.
• Support inventory management and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) : must be able to read, write, and speak both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
