**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate any security-related issues or needs.
+ Remain alert to surroundings and maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the aerospace and defense environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Applicants must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
