Bedrock Homes is an in-town residential home builder. We are looking for a motivated, energetic result driven leader. Someone who can think on their feet, is a problem solver and doesn't rest until the job is done. EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION IS A MUST.

• Estimate Materials, keep a clean job site .

DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead initial start meeting, review all details of the new job construction details with the construction manager.
• Manage multiple homes under construction
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Develop a relationship with the vendors and communicate with purchasing if there are material issues.
• Develop and maintain strong, productive supplier and vendor contractor relationships. Communicate company’s quality and performance standards to each vendor contractor and supplier. Conduct periodic work inspections to ensure that those standards are met.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule and Scopes of Work to Vendor contractors
• Ensure that Vendor contractor work quality and performance adhere to Scope of Work and Company standards
• Obtain all governmental and local jurisdiction required inspections
• Strive toward high levels of customer satisfaction through great communication and follow-through with the sales team and with the buyers, while building high-quality homes on time.
• Conduct pre-construction orientation with buyers to begin establishing a positive relationship and rapport, to make the home building process easier for all involved.
• Set prior expectations.
• Conduct New Home Orientation with buyers
• Walk every house every day to be informed on statuses and to inspect quality daily
• Conduct closing walkthru and facilitate completion of the punch list items
• Approve purchase orders for vendors and trades, both original and variance purchase orders
• Work with vendors on Vendor Builder Agreements
• Work with the Construction Manager in keeping job costs on budget
• Immediately report any wasted materials on job-site
• Confirm deliveries – quantity and quality
• Must be smart phone and computer proficient
