Salary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and other evaluations as needed.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure progress toward treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment outcomes and generalization of skills.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and supervision records.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Minimum [X years] of experience providing ABA services (preferred).
• Experience conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing staff supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical service delivery.
