Job Title: Active Ingredient Technician Monolayer
Location: Athens, GA
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7am-5:30pm, OT as needed, weekend and holiday work as required

Responsibilities

• Perform activities associated with the preparation of vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment utilizing virus and cell culture techniques according to USDA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures during execution of processes.
• Assist with training and coaching of current and new employees on required skills.
• Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintain technical data and support documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address problems; escalate production flow disturbances.
• Demonstrate a visible and tangible commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) programs and initiatives.
• Assess individual performance in regards to continuous improvement (AAI).
• Support site projects and initiatives, including deviation and change control management.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work a 7am-5:30pm shift, OT as needed, with weekend and holiday availability.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP and USDA regulations.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to follow SOPs meticulously.
• Willingness to participate in safety and compliance programs.
