OBJECTIVE 

To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Passion Conference team by executing relational, organizational and administrative support to the Passion Conference team. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Support the Passion Conferences team with various logistical and operational tasks related to multiple events.
• Connect with students and ministry leaders and have conversations casting vision and building awareness for Passion/Passion events.
• Assist in maintaining and completing projects, observing details and a high standard of excellence and accuracy.
• Plan and execute special projects as requested such as event prep days, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, with flexibility as needed for travel and events

Has the ability to get to know people quick and genuinely care about their circumstances. Has great familiarity with Passion, culture, and Passion events.
