We welcome motivated new CDL A graduates eager to begin their driving careers. This OTR role offers guided development, one‑on‑one support, and advancement into a clear path to long‑term success in the trucking industry.

• Paid onboarding with an experienced mentor
• Duration 4 to 6 weeks of Training
• Pay During the Training Period--$650 weekly
• 24/7 access to driver managers and support teams

Pay amp; Home Time

• Strong starting pay for new CDL A drivers

• Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400

• Weekly direct‑deposit pay

• Home Time: Stay out 2 weeks OTR, then enjoy 2 days at home with your loved ones

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in OTR lanes
• Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries
• Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety standards
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
• Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen
• Clean M.V.R and background (carrier‑specific standards apply)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
