Sr. Designer
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Duration: Permanent
Compensation Range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually
Job Description:
The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by producing high-quality print and digital creative assets, with a strong emphasis on production, layout, and typography.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop print and direct mail materials with strong production accuracy

Create digital assets including social media layouts and marketing collateral

Execute layout design with thoughtful typography and balanced negative space

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and corporate project managers
-
Support brand consistency while pivoting across multiple brand aesthetics

Assist with light motion/animation edits using After Effects and Premiere
-
Incorporate and embrace AI tools to enhance creative workflows
-
Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
7–10 years of graphic design experience
-
Strong print production background (direct mail, layout, typography)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with After Effects and Premiere (editing and adjustments)

Brand and corporate design experience

Project management experience
-
Portfolio showcasing print, direct mail, and varied brand aesthetics

Forward-thinking mindset with exposure to AI tools/systems
-
Strong collaboration skills; proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback

U.S. work authorization
-
Ability to pass a credit check background screening
