Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base salary (depending on experience) + 10% revenue generation bonus

About the Role:

The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload of 50–75 cases with mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed lawyer seeking growth and professional development in a firm that emphasizes collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support litigation strategies.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and other legal documents.
  Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, providing updates and counseling throughout their case.

• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations to advocate for clients.

• Support all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial, including witness preparation and trial material organization.

• Manage timelines, court deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to shape case strategies.

• Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional service.

• Attend CLEs and legal seminars to stay current in personal injury law.

• Engage in networking and community outreach to represent the firm publicly

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Georgia Bar membership required.

• 1-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal practice.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• High ethical standards and integrity.

• Team-oriented and collaborative.
